2024 Liberty County Republican Party Conventions

The Liberty County Republican Party Precinct & County Conventions will be held on Saturday March 23rd, starting at 8AM at the JACK HARTEL BUILDING 318 San Jacinto St, Liberty, TX 77575

To participate in the convention process, you must have voted in the March 5th Republican primary.

The Liberty County GOP conventions begin with individual precinct conventions, where eligible participants (only those who voted in the recent March 5th GOP Primary) discuss local issues, select delegates, and approve resolutions to advance to the county convention. The event then culminates in the county convention, where all delegates from the precincts come together to vote on resolutions to the party platform, legislative priorities, and rules, as well as to elect delegates and alternates for the state convention. This gathering is a crucial step in shaping the party’s policies and direction at both the county and state levels.
